Our client has an opportunity available for a Cards Customer Service Team Leader.Requirements:
  • 12+ months of recent tenure at the company in a Customer Service role.
  • Understanding of the customer service environment.
  • Understanding of systems including Vision Plus, Avaya, Alchemy and CSM- essential.
  • Matric
  • Leadership experience or exposure would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
  • Agree set goals with team members covering performance, quality and development areas.
  • Drive the achievement of targets.
  • Manage and maintain focused and highly motivated team members.
  • Manage Employees by ensuring continuous communication, feedback, motivation and Company Behaviours are being lived.
  • Handle Internal and External Customer Services – compliments, complaints.
  • Accurate Reporting.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are communicate to the team.
  • Ensure that daily, monthly contact centre targets are met.
