We're searching for a rockstar Team Lead to guide our brilliant software devs. Be the maestro, orchestrate innovation, and deliver high-impact solutions. Team Leadership, Project Management, Resource and people allocation, Quality Assurance, Interpersonal management and collaboration are pillars of your role.You'll:

Mentor & empower a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
Own the software lifecycle, from planning to production, ensuring top-notch quality.
Be the strategic voice, aligning tech efforts with business goals and driving results.
Communicate like a champ, keeping everyone informed and on the same page.

QualificationsYou bring:

6+ years of hands-on coding & architecture experience.
3+ years leading a diverse engineering team.
Strong communication, problem-solving, & people skills.
A knack for juggling projects & hitting deadlines.
Passion for innovation & a strategic mindset.

Bonus points for:

A degree in CS, Software Engineering, or similar.
Experience in large enterprises & best practices.
Project management tools like Jira & Agile.
