You’ll collaborate with the finance team, support audits, and play a key role in implementing new financial systems and reporting tools

Perform monthly reviews of:
Bank reconciliations, supplier age analysis, accruals, prepayments, income, deposits, control accounts, stock reconciliations, loan reconciliations, and finance master files.
Prepare and process:
International refunds, consolidated debtors, fixed asset registers, straight-line income streams, and monthly accounting of group café operations.
Assist the Financial Manager with:
Staff training and developing procedures
Annual audit preparation and audit file compilation
Managing internal controls, IFRS for SME compliance, and reporting tools
Budgets, software/system integrations, and ad-hoc finance requestsJob Experience and Skills Required:
Degree in Accounting or Auditing (minimum 3-year)
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in finance team management (hospitality environment advantageous)
Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Experience with Xero Accounting (essential)
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Strong organisational, multitasking, and leadership skills
