ENVIRONMENT:Our client is a leading provider of innovative employee engagement and sales incentive solutions. Established in May 2007 by experienced industry professionals, the company specializes in delivering customized engagement and incentive programs tailored to the unique needs of each organization. They are currently seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing projects from initiation through to successful completion, and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. A key aspect of the role will involve analyzing data and generating reports to monitor campaign performance and support data-driven decision-making. The Senior Campaign Manager will also lead a team and report directly to the Head of Client Services.DUTIES:

Maintain client relationships
High-level query resolution
Data analysis and reporting of campaign activity
Communications: develop and execute the campaign communications
Finance: Programme cost management
Assist with production and distribution of campaign marketing and communication material
Programme management: Plan, execute and coordinate multiple projects
Work with team members to meet the daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Manage team

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in managing client projects
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 5 years work experience

ATTRIBUTES:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills is essential)
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
