Responsibilities:Integration, Automation & AI-Driven DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain system integrations between operational platforms, OSS, andAutomate end-to-end workflows and system interactions using scripting, orchestration tools, andAI-powered platforms.Leverage AI-driven solutions to optimize integrations, improve operational efficiency, and enableProvide insights and recommendations to enhance existing integration and automation processes.Implement intelligent monitoring systems for automated incident detection and resolution.System Integration & OptimizationDevelop and maintain APIs for seamless data exchange across systems.Ensure proper data flow between ServiceNow, IPAM, ACS, and other operational platforms.Optimize integration workflows to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration and automation opportunities.Monitoring, Performance & Continuous ImprovementImplement monitoring tools to track integration health, detect anomalies, and enable self-healing systems.Ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of integration and automation-related issues.Continuously improve automation and integration systems based on performance insights and operational feedback.Collaboration & Knowledge SharingWork closely with developers, management, and operations teams to identify integration and automation requirements.Conduct training sessions on automation best practices, AI-driven workflows, and integration frameworks.Maintain detailed documentation of integration architectures, automation workflows, and configurations.Qualification and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.An advanced degree in Systems Engineering, Automation, or AI is a plus.Technical SkillsProficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting.Expertise with integration platforms and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins.Strong understanding of API development, specifically RESTful services.Experience with workflow orchestration, event-driven architectures, and AI-based automation platforms.Familiarity with ServiceNow integration features is advantageous.Experience Requirements5+ years of experience in system integration, automation engineering, or related fields.Proven track record of developing and maintaining complex system integrations and AI-poweredautomation solutions.Experience in supporting existing solutions, improving current processes, and implementingintelligent automation workflows.Prior experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.Experience in network management and routing is a plus but not required.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work relatively autonomously and take responsibility for work assigned to them.
