Support the development and implementation of risk management, compliance, and business continuity frameworks aligned with company strategy and regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of governance and accountability across all sites.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the GRC Director with governance-related projects.
- Draft and maintain compliance policies, conduct workshops, and monitor legal updates.
- Lead compliance audits and ensure resolution of findings.
- Manage enterprise and operational risk registers, facilitate risk workshops, and report top risks.
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans, conduct impact analyses, and coordinate recovery strategies.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management and board.
- Support budgeting and SHERQ-related activities.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in Risk, Compliance, BCM, and Manufacturing; Safety and Environmental experience advantageous.
- Qualifications: Diploma in Risk Management/Compliance; IRM UK certification and professional memberships advantageous.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO standards, legislation, stakeholder management, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
Must be medically fit, willing to travel, and possess a valid driver’s license.
