PAINTER / GENERAL MAINTENANCE

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the hotel, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting (mainly painting)
• Handle repairs and servicing of hotel amenities such as doors, windows, fixtures, and furniture.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete larger projects as required.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and other departments to ensure prompt service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.

• Proven experience as a handyman, technician, or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
