Our client, a leading property company, is seeking a dynamic Financial Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional who is ready to take ownership of the finance function in a growing, fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:

BCom Honours in Accounting/Finance (essential)
Completed Articles (SAICA/SAIPA)
CA(SA) designation (essential)
3–5 years post-article experience, preferably within property, real estate, or related industries
Strong technical accounting knowledge and IFRS expertise
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance

Responsibilities:

Full financial management of the property portfolios
Preparation and review of monthly management reports and annual financial statements
Cash flow management and forecasting
Oversee budgets, variance analysis, and cost control
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
Partner with senior management on strategic initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
