We are currently looking for a Secretary/ Receptionist to provide a secretarial and administrative function and record keeping for the Human Resources Operations Division.Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12 is essential
  • Secretarial course will be an advantage
  • 2-3 years Secretarial and Administrative skills
  • Good Communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer Literacy in all programmes relevant to the job
Primary Duties:
  • Effective utilisation of software packages
  • Minute taking and an accurate record thereof
  • Provision of an accurate and efficient administrative service
  • Co-ordinate meetings when required
  • Accurate and suitable filing of all related documentation
  • Dairy Management and Admin on SAP
