- Greet and assist students, clients, and visitors, providing friendly, professional, and service-oriented support.
- Address student queries related to laundry, Wi-Fi, electricity, FG Nexus, and other services.
- Assist in resolving student disputes and escalations regarding maintenance or charges.
- Support marketing campaigns and control Brand Ambassadors on-site.
- Maintain the office and administrative areas to reflect the company’s brand standards.
- Assist Office Manager duties: ordering stationery, refreshments, managing phones, and preparing for meetings.
- Maintain the annual diary for reporting and inspections, including CAPEX projects, H&S inspections, and preventative maintenance.
- Support Property and Maintenance Managers in documentation, reporting, and stock management.
- Assist Maintenance Manager with stock ordering, dispatching, and records maintenance.
- Support inspections for entry, exit, and room readiness.
- Distribute and manage laundry cards and oversee student move-ins.
- Help in the allocation and tracking of maintenance job cards and quality control of completed work.
- Assist Debtors Administrators during intake periods, ensuring leases are signed and students are allocated to correct rooms.
- Support the in-take and vacate processes and conduct room showings.
- Prepare show units with décor for marketing purposes.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with all operational processes, reporting standards, and company policies.
- Maintain excellent telephonic etiquette, communication, and time management.

- Some marketing experience is a benefit.
