This is a key leadership role within a diverse and collaborative office environment. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial health of a dynamic business, with a strong emphasis on strategic input and operational efficiency.Responsibilities:Oversee the full finance function including monthly management accounts, reporting, and compliance.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes.Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring strong internal controls and adherence to policies.Partner with senior leadership to support strategic planning and business decision-making.Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors and service providers.Drive process improvements and implement financial best practices across the business.Monitor and manage company risk exposure from a financial perspective.Requirements:A relevant finance qualification (e.g. BCom, CIMA, CA(SA) preferred).Proven experience in a financial management role, ideally within corporate, audit, or hospitality sectors.Strong leadership skills and ability to manage deadlines in a high-pressure environment.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in financial software and reporting systems.Benefits
