Job DescriptionProvide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations as well as educating customers to the correct channel (eChannels and Self Service) whilst adhering to policy and process.Are you someone who can:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Educate customers to the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.

Analyze customer data and recommend tailored solutions.
Achieve sales results by providing contextual and integrated financial solutions to customers.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

You will be an ideal candidate if you possess the following:

NQF4 qualification or higher
1-2 years’ experience in Client Services Support and delivery
