Job Summary Entry Level - IT Support Engineer - Client Facing Responsibilities: Work with customer SLAs and levels of responsibility. Perform on-site remedial repairs and hardware installations. Complete tasks assigned by helpdesk or senior staff. Request backline support when needed. Identify and escalate issues properly. Close service events promptly within SLA and ensure customer satisfaction. Update ticketing system accurately and communicate regularly with customers. Document work and manage administrative duties. Attend work and meetings punctually and prepared. Follow company guidelines and maintain organized, clean work areas. Dress appropriately for client interactions. Perform any other duties assigned. Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills. Good troubleshooting and technical knowledge. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and clean driving record. Familiarity with Microsoft 365. Experience with remote and telephone desktop support and ticketing systems. Network knowledge (wireless, cameras) is a plus. Possessing foundational IT certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop, or ITIL Foundation is beneficial. Package: Industry related.
