The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership abilities, adept communication skills, and embraces a collaborative approach.The successful candidate will oversee the holistic management of both the vineyard and farm, guaranteeing prime grape yields for winemaking and streamlined, lucrative agricultural activities.
