- ±3 years’ experience in fleet control/dispatch/vehicle tracking
- Knowledge of fleet management and operational processes
- Monitor vehicles via tracking system; provide regular tracking reports
- Ensure vehicles are roadworthy, clean, and equipped.
- Perform daily camera and fuel probe checks; arrange repairs when needed
- Manage equipment booking in/out of vehicles and support de-briefers
- Report and follow up on breakdowns, towing, and repairs
- Conduct pre-trip briefings (routes, fuel, documentation) and post-trip de-briefings (PODs, slips, km’s, tolls, fuel)
- Ensure optimal fleet turnaround and report any delays
