Automation QA

• Test planning and design of test scenarios
• Test case preparation and maintenance
• Test case reviews
• Test case execution
• Logging and tracking of defects through to completion.
• Test reporting throughout test environments
• Testing for production support
• Provide regular feedback to team member, developers and stakeholders.
• Attend daily stand-ups and provide testing progress.
• Ability to work some evenings for live deployments (2 - 3 nights per month)

• Relevant IT Tertiary Qualification
• 5+ years’ experience in a testing or similar role
• Previous experience working within a FinTech/Retail, Payments or Banking environment is preferred.
• API testing experience (must have)
• Experience using API testing tools like POSTMAN, JMETER, RAPID API, SoapUI, REST-assured, Catalon Studio, Apigee, (must have).
• Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Experience using Linux.
• Automation testing experience.
• Have experience of working with enterprise scale application stacks
• Have had exposure to the full software development lifecycle.

• Proficiency in database queries
• Familiarity of programming script languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
• Excellent analytical skills
