Boilermaker – Pressure Vessels & General Fabrication

• Pressure Vessel Fabrication: Manufacture and assemble vessels to applicable codes and specifications.
• General Boilermaking: Fabricate, assemble, and repair large steel structures.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings to determine specifications, tolerances, and material requirements.
• Welding: Perform various welding processes (e.g., SMAW, GTAW, GMAW) to high quality standards.
• Inspection & Quality Control: Ensure work meets design, code, and safety requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.

• Trade Test Certificate: Boilermaker (Red Seal).
• Minimum 8 years experience in heavy fabrication, including pressure vessel manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., ASME, API).
• Proven track record in a production manufacturing environment.
