SHE / Site Facilities Manager - Food Industry, Johannesburg

• Develop and implement safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any potential hazards or risks
• Investigate and report incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions
• Manage and coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Monitor and control facility budgets and expenses
• Oversee the procurement and inventory management of facility supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure smooth facility operations

• Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Facilities Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a SHE / Site Facilities Manager in the food industry
• Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driver's license
