Salary: $2,800 – $3,000/monthLocation: Remote (US overlap required, at least a few hours during ET or PT)About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on GTM & Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth through inbound and outbound channels. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and deeply curious about tactics that generate leads and engagement across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:Inbound Lead Generation: Develop strategies using earned media to attract potential clients/customers.Outbound Lead Generation: Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, calls, or other channels.Social & Content Strategy: Create and manage content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), blogs, Reddit, or other channels to drive engagement and leads.Data & Analytics: Track, measure, and optimize campaigns to improve lead generation performance.Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to align GTM efforts and achieve revenue targets.Tactical Flexibility: Experiment with new tactics and platforms to identify the most effective growth strategies.Must-Have Skills / Tools:Experience in inbound and/or outbound lead generationProficiency in social media, content creation, and distributionStrong written and verbal English communication skillsUnderstanding of US market and customer behaviorFamiliarity with lead gen and marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM systems)Preferred Experience:GTM strategy experience for startups or tech companiesUnderstanding of content marketing, SEO, and social media trendsExperience testing and scaling outreach campaignsKnowledge of AI tools for content creation or lead generationWhat We’re Looking For:A self-starter who experiments and iterates quicklyAnalytical thinker who can measure campaign effectivenessCreative strategist who can generate ideas and execute independentlyInterest in staying ahead of trends in growth, marketing, and lead generationNon-Negotiables:Must write and speak English wellMust understand US market expectations and work cultureMust be flexible to work overlapping hours with US time zonesWhy Join Us:
