- Red Seal Installation Electrician (Section 13 or 26D) Essential.
- Wiremans License (Registered with Dept. of Employment and Labour) Essential.
- National Certificate in Electrical Engineering (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Valid Drivers License.
- 35 years experience in manufacturing or industrial work.
- Strong knowledge of SANS 10142-1 and South African electrical regulations.
- Proficient with testing instruments (multimeter, insulation tester, loop tester).
- Advantage: Solar PV installation knowledge and software.
- Install, maintain and commission electrical systems, wiring and DB boards.
- Issue and sign Certificates of Compliance (CoCs).
- Perform inspections, testing and fault-finding under pressure.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Ensure compliance with OHS Act and company safety protocols.
- Liaise with clients and supervisors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
- Strong in problem-solving and fault-finding.
- Self-driven yet a great team player.
- Customer-focused and quality-driven.
