- Quarterly update on general Fleet Management (Financial Performance, Vehicle Condition, Consumption, etc.). • Maintain open communication channels with Regional Logistics Managers, Customer Service Controllers, Distribution Controllers, and Sales teams. • Ensure integration with relevant internal stakeholders to leverage appropriate relationships. • Support social systems. • Support an environment that allows for cross functional learning and integration. • Support Administrators that work across functions. Health, Safety and Environment • Ensure the safe operation of vehicles in accordance with the Road Traffic Act within and outside of the Distribution Centre. • Ensure compliance to all relevant legislation and support a safe environment for The Beverage Company’s Employees, Contractors and Visitors. Third Party Management • Contractors managed against the Service Level agreement • Create an engaging environment to foster business partnerships and good relations • Continuously engage Contractors to extract maximum productivity responsibly • Minimise use of temporary service providers and manage within relevant legislation
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7 (Essential) • Up to 2 years experience (Operational Execution) FMCG, Fleet Management
- MS Excel; MS Word; SAP; E Mail; MS PowerPoint
