- Serve as the key IT contact, ensuring high levels of satisfaction across the site.
- Collaborate with Third Party Vendors and internal teams to resolve complex IT issues.
- Provide comprehensive desktop and user support in both administrative and factory settings.
- Drive service improvement initiatives through proactive actions and strategies.
- Maintain accurate ticket updates and communication for all reported IT incidents.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot a variety of desktop applications and hardware, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct general and preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and peripheral equipment.
- Matric with A+, N+ certifications; 5-10 years of desktop support experience.
- Proficient in Office applications, including 365, with a good understanding of printers and label printers.
- ITIL Foundation certification, showcasing your structured approach to IT service management.
- A proactive mindset with a thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a broad experience of IT fundamentals.
