***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***A booming little dealership in the heart of Cape Town is in need of a New Car Sales Executive who's hungry for success and ready to sell like a champ. This isn't just any brand; it's a top-selling, fuel-efficient, and award-winning range that practically drives itself off the showroom floor. You'll be joining a well-respected motor group with a strong reputation and all the tools and support you need to thrive. To give you an idea of what's possible, the current Sales Executive is consistently averaging 16 units a month, so there's serious demand and serious money to be made. To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 2 recent and consecutive years of new car sales experience in a franchised dealership, a proven track record of closing deals, and a solid understanding of the end-to-end sales process, and have a strong online presence to generate your own leads and market effectively. Most importantly, you must bring an unshakable hunger for commission and a real passion for selling. We're looking for a closer, a hunter, and someone who's determined to have their name at the top of the board, month after month.Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 2 years of New Car Sales experience in a franchised motor dealership
Dynamic and energetic with a genuine passion for the industry
A full understanding of the new vehicle sales procedure and current market trends
Current with new vehicle models & technologyComputer Literate coupled with an active social media presence
Excellent customer service skills
Impeccably well groomed and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
A stable and continuous work history
