Job SummaryA great mining company in Mpumalanga is seeking the expertise of a Mining Engineer to join their team.Essential Requirements:

Grade 12
National Diploma/ Degree in Mining Engineering
Surface Blasting Certificate
Mine Managers Certificate
6 - 8 years' experience in an opencast mining environment
Minimum 2 years as Production Superintendent
Drill and Blast experience is essential

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducting drill and blast planning activities for opencast operations
Supporting production process to achieve planned targets
Fulfilling daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting duties
Supporting preparation of reserves and parameters
Doing viability studies
