- Support in developing and driving the internal alignment of commercial strategies & plans to win externally.
- Translate category drivers into actionable plans that deliver category growth and secure more support from customers for our brands.
- Ability to gather and apply understanding of shopping missions, purchase behavior and motivation.
- Understands omni-channel landscape, prioritizes relevant physical & digital store formats, defines Picture of Success for each category, by channel.
- Delivers profitable value sales growth and optimizes customer margin, through improved return on trade investment and active mix management.
- Efficiently drives availability & visibility in physical and digital stores through perfect execution of Picture of Success.
- Builds customer satisfaction, trust and mutual growth, through agreed business plans that meet customers' needs.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of commerce degree or equivalent qualification.
- More than 4/5 years' commercial experience, preferably in category development, sales-related or marketing roles.
- Experience in same or similar role from an FMCG industry.
- Must have strong analytical, planning, organizational and presentation skills.
- Cross functional teamwork experience, an added advantage.
- Experience with channel growth, retail market and channel development, a plus.
- Excellent Proficiency in the English Language.
