- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and suggestions into design iterations.
- Maintain open communication channels to ensure alignment on design objectives and project requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient timely completion of design projects.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and strategic importance.
- Deliver design work within specified deadlines, ensuring timely completion and satisfaction.
- Proactively communicate any potential delays or challenges and propose solutions to mitigate risk.
- Optimise time management skills to maximise productivity and meet project milestones effectively.
- Utilise project management tools and techniques to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Submission of Monthly, quarterly and annual reports on content delivery.
- Interpret data and making decisions based on research done.
- Ensure all design materials align with the brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and brand recognition.
- Monitor and evaluate design output to ensure compliance with brand standards and visual identity.
- Create visually engaging designs that effectively communicate key messages and align with the brands tone and objectives.
- Translate complex ideas into clear and visually appealing designs that resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, sales, technical support and all other teams to align design projects with overall brand strategies.
- Educate internal stakeholders and team members on brand guidelines to promote brand understanding and adherence.
- Matric.
- Any Graphic Design qualification.
- Advanced knowledge : Adobe software suite, functional design.
- Experience in Adobe CC (creative Cloud) suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, After Effects will be highly beneficial, SOLIDWORKS Visualize: 3D CAD.
