
Marketing & Business Development Manager (Surveying & Construction)

- Proactively convert qualified leads into long-term clients, managing the full business development cycle.
- Conduct in-person meetings and site visits across Cape Town to strengthen client relationships and close deals.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's values and standards in every engagement.
- Work closely with technical teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Deliver key market feedback and insights to guide strategic growth.
- Support and enhance marketing efforts to increase visibility and attract new business.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction or land surveying industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written) is essential.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (frequent travel required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of construction environments and client expectations.
- Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- R1,000 basic salary per day
