A leading glass manufacturing company based in Clayville, GP is seeking a Warehouse & Assistant Logistics & Operations Manager with a strong background in warehouse management, logistics coordination, and operations support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven and highly organized professional to oversee warehouse operations, support logistics planning, and assist in the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. If you have proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, and stock management.
Coordinate logistics functions to ensure timely delivery and distribution of products.
Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock takes.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to optimize workflow.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports on warehouse and logistics activities.
Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance.

Requirements

Matric / High School Diploma (a relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management is advantageous).
Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, stock management, and distribution.
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
