- Assisting with the administration of share block property transfers
- Preparing documentation in line with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Liaising with clients, managing agents, attorneys, and financial institutions
- Handling filing, correspondence, and status updates on matters
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of transfer files
- Supporting the senior transfer administrator or conveyancer
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in share block or property transfers (advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of the Share Block Control Act and transfer process
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with conveyancing software is a plus
