- Develop, implement and evaluate a strategic marketing plan that focuses on milestones in the Strategic plan and expanded Brand initiatives.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns as well as measuring results.
- Establish clear goals and metrics that addresses a variety of audiences and ensures brand recognition on multiple platforms.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Manage the company's web presence and social media from a communication and reputation management perspective.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Ensures web tools are consistently managed and leading edge to engage the audience.
- Lead the design and production of specialty publications and marketing tools utilizing the company's marketing team as well as external agencies.
- Identify a strategic set of vendor relationships to enhance the internal workforce, drive down commodity costs and take advantage of co-branding opportunities.
- Grow good relations with stakeholders and joined ventures, and identify business opportunities
- Produce clear ROI reporting of all scheduled activity
- Manage all marketing and activities within the marketing department.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns
- Develop promoting opportunities, in collaboration with partners in media, Government and civil society to advance economic growth through infrastructure development;
- Develop national and global campaigns and messaging to advance the company's priorities and economic growth goals.
- Ensure that campaign strategies and messages are audience appropriate to enhance the company's objectives, reach and visibility among all stakeholders.
- Manage application of company's brand and message.
- Ensure messaging and branding is uniformly applied across the organisation, its programmes and activities.
- Develop branding and marketing policies and guidelines to direct activities and ensure organisation-wide coherence and consistency;
- Maintain good working relations with all stakeholders, both internal and external to the Company
- Effectively manage project teams to control risks and to achieve targets on time and within budget
- Responsible for communication strategy within the business
- Responsible for promoting and disseminating corporate and marketing content
- Optimize print, social media and blog campaigns to generate interaction, brand exposure, and sales
- Bachelors degree from a recognised University
- More than 8 years of related experience in strategic marketing, brand management and media relations in a complex organization.
