We are looking for a Specialist: Technical Support to provide desktop and technical support on hardware and software related issues within the organization. We have a permanent role in Menlyn.Responsiblities
- Provide hardware and software support (LAN & WAN)
- Provide 2nd line support to users on helpdesk
- Boardrooms and printers
- Provide electronic access relating to buildings Procurement
- Assist usersFormal Education
- Matric
- National diploma in IT or equivalent (Advantage)Technical/Legal Certification
- A+
- N+Experience
