• Selling of property
• Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy and measurement of effectivity of strategy
• Analysis of marketing statistics in order to adjust and improve strategy
• Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials
• Market research

• Tertiary Qualification (Preferably a Degree)

• Practical and proven sales & marketing experience
• Digital marketing experience
• Excellent people skills and good interpersonal relations
• Administrative ability to create, implement and follow workflow systems
• Excellent understanding of the principles of sales and marketing and the ability to apply it
• Above average ability in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
