  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and development teams.
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring that it is transparent, clear, and understood by the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Scrum Masters and development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to plan sprints and deliver value incrementally.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing clarity on requirements and making timely decisions.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and gather user feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure that the final product meets quality standards and fulfills business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • A Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within a software development environment.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum and Kanban).
  • Demonstrable experience in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
Technology Experience:
  • Strong technical acumen with experience working closely with software development teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with product analytics and prototyping tools is highly advantageous.
  • A background in software development, business analysis, or UX design is a strong plus.
