Job Summary Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying. Must be registered with SACQSP as a Quantity Surveyor. Must have at least 7+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a construction environment and building services. Must have experience with commercial projects. Must be proficient in Build Smart, Candy / CCS Programming, Lean Programme, OneDrive and Bos, and SharePoint. Must have knowledge of contracts. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint. Must be able to travel to and from sites.
