We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Assistant with a background in real estate, sales, or property management. The ideal candidate will combine strong English communication skills with excellent organizational abilities. This role covers administrative tasks, property research, client communication, and hands-on support for projects, ensuring smooth daily operations and scalability of the business.Role Responsibilities:Administrative & Communication
- Manage inbox daily: flag urgent messages, organize emails into categories (real estate, invoices, contracts, etc.)
- Draft and send follow-up communications to clients, contractors, and partners
- Maintain structured digital filing systems for property and legal documents
- Prepare daily/weekly activity summaries for the business owner
- Manage and update calendar invitations for meetings, property visits, and deadlines
- Ensure the owner is aware of upcoming events, maturities, and important dates
- Coordinate with clients, service providers, and internal teams
- Conduct property and market research to identify acquisition opportunities
- Create and update purchase and sale agreements, inspection reports, and JV agreements
- Track property-related expense sheets and maintain accurate records
- Forward invoices to bookkeepers and maintain invoice logs
- Track bills, utilities, and recurring property-related payments
- Provide summaries of upcoming bills and expenses for timely payment
- Assist with outreach to clients and prospects
- Liaise with contractors, inspectors, and service providers
- Provide clear and timely updates to all stakeholders
- 2–3+ years of experience in real estate, property management, or sales support
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRMs, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate processes is a plus.
