As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in the growth engine of the company. Working closely with Account Executives and the broader Sales team, you will identify high-value prospects and initiate outreach to book quality meetings with enterprise-level clients. This is a fully remote position for someone who is driven, coachable, and loves the thrill of connecting with people.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Account Executives to build high-quality lead listsConduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage prospectsBook meetings with senior decision-makers at target enterprise companiesMaintain accurate data and activity tracking in HubSpot CRMUse LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha to identify and qualify leadsJoin sales calls via Zoom and receive coaching through Gong recordingsContribute to a culture of experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvementAbout You1-2+ years of proven success in outbound sales or SDR rolesConfident speaking with enterprise clients and senior stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsResilient and tenaciouscomfortable handling rejection and objectionsHighly organized with a strong sense of urgency and accountabilityGrowth mindsetopen to feedback, eager to learn, and proactive in improvingExperience using HubSpot, Sales Nav, Lusha, and Gong is a plusBonus: Knowledge or experience in the construction or construction-tech sector
