We are seeking a dedicated Credit Controller to oversee Account Receivables and support our Fiduciary departments, ensuring effective credit control and cash flow management.Job Title: Credit ControllerVacancy type: Full timeLocation: George, Western CapeJob description:Monitor account receivables, prepare ageing reports, and manage debtor collections.Issue monthly/interim statements, follow up on overdue accounts, and report delinquents.Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare monthly debit order reports.Draft fee proposals, assist with fiduciary administration, and process invoices/credit notes.Track work in progress for timely invoicing and maintain accurate client profiles.Provide reports for cash flow meetings and liaise with internal teams.Ensure compliance with company policies and meet strict deadlines.Requirements:Grade 12 plus 3+ years’ credit control experience (industry-specific).Strong knowledge of accounting practices; accounting diploma an advantage.Bilingual in English and Afrikaans; fiduciary knowledge beneficial.Proficient in MS Office; Xero experience advantageous.By submitting your information and application you hereby confirm: * That you have no objection to us retaining your personal information in our database for future matching/ POPI Policy.
