Regional Sales Manager (Funding)

- A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience
- Matric/(Grade 12)
- Meet and exceed sales targets in line with business expectations
- Correctly utilise, update, and assess all reporting and sales tools, including Salesforce
- Set and report on monthly and quarterly regional sales goals
- Update and communicate commissions and earnings with the sales team
- Complete additional initiatives and meet National Sales Executive expectations
- Manage the regional sales team in line with agreed KPIs
- Evaluate staff performance against KPIs, development goals, and objectives
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Create, implement, and execute sales strategy for the team, setting aggressive goals for growth across all regions and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Build and maintain rapport with key customers and identify new customer opportunities
- Achieve regional sales HR objectives, including recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees
