Job Summary As the welcoming face of our hotel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include: Guest Service: Greeting guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor. Efficiently checking guests in and out, ensuring a seamless experience. Answering guest questions and requests with courtesy and knowledge. Providing local recommendations and information about the hotel's amenities. Front Desk Operations: Answering phones in a professional and friendly manner, directing calls appropriately. Managing the reception area, maintaining a clean and organized space. Processing payments and handling guest accounts. Scheduling appointments and reservations (experience with Semper property management system a strong advantage). Administrative Support: Maintaining guest logs and room status reports. Assisting with reports and other administrative tasks as needed.
