The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching teams on agile principles, removing impediments, and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple squads. This role supports the delivery of high-impact digital products and services aligned with Fintech Group strategic goals.Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience working with APIs, microservices, and digital channels is a plus.
- Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP) are advantageous.
