Job Description :Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Property Administrator to join the Port Elizabeth team,· Handle all communications with tenants and owners· Manage all lease-related communication and documentation.· Report, coordinate, and facilitate all maintenance tasks, ensuring completion and obtaining final invoices.· Perform full bookkeeping functions up to trial balance, including capturing, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.· Oversee property marketing activities, including uploading listings on websites and online platforms.· Liaise with brokers for property listings, enquiries, and feedback.· Attend site visits as required by landlords and tenants.· Maintain and update compliance records in line with company and statutory requirements.· Arrange and facilitate fire equipment servicing and ensure all related compliance checks are completed.Requirements·· Grade 12· Minimum 2 years experience within the property industry· Proven bookkeeping experience up to trial balance (essential).· Proficient in MS Office· We Connect U experience preferred
