Understanding and managing the complexity of regulations continues to be a challenge for many organizations, especially with the growing amount of regulatory requirements on sustainability and digital responsibility. It can take up valuable time, energy, and focus of compliance- and risk teams. RegHub is a global end-to-end solution that addresses this challenge completely.
The solution enables organisations in providing real-time tracking, mapping of regulatory changes, and access to a database of current regulations. Analytics, generative AI and machine learning are being used to help interpreting them into useful insights. As part of the content management process, you will have a key role in this process to ensure quality delivery to our clients.Job DescriptionYou will be working on our RegHub solution where you will be part of the content management team to perform quality controls on the data.
- Support in client delivery for the various clients we have in terms of setting up the client environment as well as ongoing business as usual contact in the recurring license phase
- Assessing new publications (laws and regulations from different sources and jurisdictions)
- Annotating legal documents to make them available in our intelligent regulatory inventory
- Issue management based on client feedback with regard to missing publications or incorrect functionality as well as metadata
- Managing and monitoring data quality and actively identifying points for improvement and discussing them with the Team Lead of the NL Team
- Identifying new relevant sources and feeds and setting up new jurisdictions and data feeds within the system
- Contributing to relevant documentation and play books which is required to document our processes

- Gaining knowledge on latest updates in laws and regulations on a wide range of topics
You are at the beginning of your career and/or have a few years working experience. You are an enthusiastic, social and practical person who can work well in a team. You are proactive and can work independently and you are not afraid to ask for help. You are thoughtful and have an eye for detail. And you have affinity with (international) laws and regulations. You are very orderly and like to dive into similar content, delivering structured content assessments time and time again to ensure the highest level of tool reliability. Reliability that benefits our colleagues and our end clients. And further:
- You are a University graduate
- You have a background in Law, Business, Finance or Economics
- You are thinking and working with the client in mind
- You are focused on collaboration and being able to communicate effectively at various levels, both internally and externally
- You have sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You are curious about Regulatory Technology (RegTech)
- You have an excellent command of English
- An ability to communicate (written and verbal) in Dutch is an added advantage.
