Job Summary Junior Operations Officer - Residential Estate We are seeking a proactive Junior Operations Officer to assist in overseeing the maintenance, cleanliness, and security of our estate. The role ensures service standards are upheld and that both staff and contractors work efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities • Conduct daily inspections of facilities, common areas, and equipment. • Supervise maintenance teams and contractors and report urgent issues to the Estate Manager. • Maintain logs, checklists, and monitor inventory of tools and materials. • Oversee security operations, perform spot checks, and liaise with service providers. • Operate speed cameras, manage Paxton access control, and monitor electric fencing. • Assist with registering resident tags and compiling operational reports. • Schedule shifts and support with ad-hoc operational tasks. • Foster professional relationships with residents, staff, and contractors. Requirements • Matric (National Senior Certificate). • Valid driver's licence. • 1-2 years' experience in facilities, security supervision, or estate operations. • Knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety compliance, and operational systems. • Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office). • Physically fit and willing to work after hours/weekends if required.
