Responsibilities will include:
  • Process, collate and check temporary staff timesheets
  • Update database with temporary weekly hours
  • Updating tax codes and reporting on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Accurately processing weekly pay slips
  • Temp invoicing and client queries associated with these invoices
  • Client self-billing
  • Assisting with contract and permanent placement invoices
  • Maintaining an efficient filing system
  • Taking responsibility for banking and daily post
  • Staff register
