- Previous experience in food safety management, preferably in the fisheries industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards applicable to the fisheries sector will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough inspections and audits.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively to food safety challenges and crises
