- Native or near-native English proficiency with a proven ability to engage confidently in high-level business conversations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B appointment setting, particularly in U.S. markets.
- Strong phone presence, capable of managing complex objections and securing qualified appointments.
- Driven, coachable, and results-oriented.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to work from a quiet, remote location.
- Competitive hourly base pay of $17 hourly plus uncapped commissions, with a target OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $40,000 to $55,000+ per year.
