Description:
Hire Resolve's Client, a reputable mining company based in Mpumalanga is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Superintendent to join their team.Responsibilities:

Oversee commercial activities including procurement, contracts management, logistics, and supply chain functions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and mining industry regulations.
Negotiate, manage, and monitor supplier and service provider contracts to ensure cost efficiency and service delivery.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to support operational and production requirements.
Monitor and control departmental budgets, ensuring effective cost management.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and finance teams to align commercial objectives with operational needs.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Relevant Degree or Diploma
5 years' experience commercial/supply chain management within the mining industry.
Experience on ERP Systems (SAP/COUPA)
Good understanding of fuel usage, production volumes, and cost efficiency in mining operations.
Ability to assess fuel costs per ton and ensure cost-effective mining services.
Familiar with mining equipment such as excavators, shovels, ADTs, PDS systems, and road trains.
Valid Driver's License
