PRETORIAThis well-established law firm is looking for an Attorney with at least 10 years Commercial and Litigation experience, to join their team at the Pretoria branch.Job Description & Responsibilities:
- High Court Appearance
- Commercial matters and Litigation
- Experience in building law and liquidations
- Handle all aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception to completion
- Be able to effectively manage multiple clients and matters
- Conduct excellent legal research and provide thoughtful written analyses of legal questions
- Draft motions and briefs
- Work closely with other attorneys to provide recommendations for resolving legal issues
- Provide professional and timely updates on cases to clients
- Develop case strategies and projections
- LLB Degree and Admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- 10 years’ experience (preferred)
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
- High Court Experience
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- A proactive and solution-driven approach to legal challenges.
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Drivers licence
