2. Manage the configuration and operation of user based IT Operating systems.
3. Daily monitoring of office / site IT environment for any security / usability concerns and resolve issues in an efficient manner.
4. Administrate site based IT infrastructure, including network, file shares, malware protection software and other ancillary processes.
5. Respond to and resolve to all helpdesk requests timeously.
6. Facilitating of upgrading of systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality security purposes
7. Create and verify backups of data on a weekly basis.
8. Take ownership of IT Asset management and routinely maintain asset registers.
9. Familiarizing oneself with internal systems to provide first line support.Requirements:1. Grade 12
2. 5 Years experience in Systems administration
3. Relevant Vendor qualifications
4. Own Transport
5. Available to travel out of town for extended periods
