We are currently looking to appoint a Parts Administrative Assistant.Job Specification:-Process all inter branch transfers.
-Receive all parts delivered
-Send invoices for capturing
-Ensure that there are no blank bins
-Control parts stock
-Sort parts for jobcards when the parts arrive
-Relieve front counter sales people on occassion
-Monitor fast moving parts and stock orders
-Deliver parts on occasionRequirements:-Attention to detail.
-Work independently with high sense of responsibility.
-Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
-Organized and reliable
-Efficient time management skills
-Good computer knowledge
-Honesty and integrity
-Minimum Grade 12
